The Resurface CO2 Laser features fractional facial resurfacing, non-scanner resurfacing, along with surgical cutting applications. The device has no consumables, so there are no hidden costs. The CO2 laser wavelength of 10,600nm is unparalleled for skin resurfacing. This wavelength has the perfect water absorption percentage for ablation and thermal depth penetration. No other laser can compare to CO2’s perfect resurfacing and ablative characteristics.
Fractional resurfacing allows providers to selectively resurface a certain percentage of the skin. This key benefit allows for faster healing and a more comfortable recovery process. The old days of full-face resurfacing required weeks of downtime. Providers can now manage the resurfacing coverage and control the recovery process.

Q: Is the procedure painful?
A: The procedure requires a topical anesthetic or injectable anesthetic. The patient will feel no discomfort during the procedure. After the treatment and the anesthetic subsides, the patient will feel like he/she has a sunburn which will last for about 3 to 4 hours.
Q: How many treatments do I need?
A: The amount of treatments required will be 1-5 depending on the amount of skin damage you possess and desired down time. This device can treat 20% – 50% of the skin at one treatment. The more aggressive the treatment, the better the result and longer the downtime. The patient can choose 5 mild treatments with little downtime, or 1 – 2 aggressive treatments with longer downtime.
Q: What is the approximate downtime?
A: The downtime ranges from 5 to 14 days depending on the aggressiveness of the treatment. You can discuss the option with your provider.
Q: How long do the results last?
A: The results are from removing the skin cells and the body replacing them, so they are permanent. However, permanent does not mean it will stay forever just as we do not stay 25 years old forever. Time marches on and the skin and collagen will age at their natural rate. Most people choose to have a full series done every 3-5 years, but it can be done much sooner if desired. Single low power maintenance treatments can be performed every 4 months if desired.
Q: Can anyone be treated?
A: Only Fitzpatrick skin types 1-3 can be treated. Unfortunately darker skin types have a high risk of hyperpigmentation and must be avoided.
Q: Can the body be treated, or just the face?
A: The CO2 can be used on most parts of the body, however, the power settings must be lowered to avoid complications.

Standard Freight Shipping - includes the delivery of your order strapped to a pallet to your shipping address. They will be able to bring inside if you have double doors. You will be responsible for unboxing, moving into the desired room and attaching the armrest and headrest. No tools need! You will also need to dispose of the packing materials and pallet
White Glove Delivery - includes inside delivery, setup and removal of packaging material. You will only need to be there to open the door and direct the delivery agent to the room of choice.
1. Unless otherwise stated, Med-Resource, Inc products sold by Med-Resource, Inc are covered against manufacturer defects under a 2-year parts warranty.
2. Invoice issued by Med-Resource, Inc will be the reference for the warranty commencement.
3. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order. Upon discovery of a defect, customer should stop using the defective item to prevent further damage.
4. The resolution of incidences that may arise within or out of the warranty period are under the dealers’ responsibility who will count on Med-Resource, Inc support in order to solve them.
5. Customer will have to send Med-Resource, Inc a detailed report to determine the cause of the dysfunction.
6. If the item is under warranty, Med-Resource, Inc will provide the necessary parts at no cost. Med-Resource, Inc, at its own discretion, will decide whether the item is repairable or needs to be replaced. Items will be replaced only if they are not repairable. For larger items shipped by freight, customer may choose to package the item and to ship it to Med-Resource, Inc at their own expenses. Otherwise, repairs will need to be performed on-site. Med-Resource, Inc will provide at no cost all parts necessary to the repair as well as detailed instructions.
7. Defects or damages caused by improper use (including wrong voltage) or negligence or natural wear remain out of the warranty terms. This warranty does not cover damages that occur during delivery or installation. Warranty will be voided in case of a non-authorized manipulation of product.
8. Med-Resource, Inc will not accept returns of item without an authorized RMA.
9. If the item under warranty cannot be repaired, Med-Resource, Inc may replace it at no cost. Products that are returned must be packed in good conditions and in original packaging with the RMA number clearly displayed on the box. All products must be received within 30 days within the day the RMA was issued.
